Help Reading manifest file of an Android App on the server (without downloading it)

I want to know Android application(.apk file)version and size and MD5 before downloading it, so that I can check if it already exists on my system throw automation in Python.

If they're from Play or Amazon, whey will tell you the size of the apps. If it's other sources, it's probably whatever information they give on the site. If the apks are coming from illegal sources, i.e. pirated, we can't assist with that at all here, forum rules.
