Ready to make the switch from IOS to Android

I'm on Sprint plan with my GF ( We have no plans of staying to long) once her contract ends in about a year we will look for another carrier, in the mean time I'm in need of a new phone, I want something decent but I'm on a budget (don't wanna spend much more than $ 300) and I don't want to do a contract. I've narrowed down my options to the Nexus 5x, HTC one A9, Moto G4 and the Moto X Pure Edition. I was going to buy the Moto but I read a lot of complaints about "Ghost Touch" so I'm not sure which to buy. Which device would you recommend?

If you can deal with a very physically large phone, I'd highly recommend the Nexus 6p. My spouse has it and loves it. I have the 5x, which I mostly love, but it's lower-spec'ed than the 6p so a little slower.
