Real Military style theme

Has anyone seen or can anyone make a real style military theme? What I mean by "real style" is something like what the military would actually use. Not some theme with a tank wall paper and army logo icons. I mean something basic looking with the ablilty to change the color of the entire theme. "Night Vision Green", "Low Light Red"...

I'm looking for the same thing! I want to be able to hit a button and switch to low-light red for night time operation. As it is now if use the phone in the dark my night vision is shot. I want to be able to use google sky maps and switch to other apps without leaving the red on black display colors.
