Really noob question

Sorry about this - probably very obvious but I can't see it.

Purchased my first paid-for app via Google Checkout, which all went fine. What I don't understand is where this app is "registered". With the iPhone, all your apps are registered to your iTunes account - does something similar happen with Android & Google? Can I see what apps I've purchased somewhere? What if I need to reset my phone and re-download them?

Thanks for any advice, I'm a total noob to this :)

Your paid apps and non-paid apps can all be viewed from your phone in the market.

If you reset your phone all your paid apps are saved, and you can re-download them from the market.

The payment is linked to your Google account so if you wipe or get a new phone you need to use the same Google account as you had before. You can then go into the Market > 'My Downloads' and re-download the app(s).
