Since I do not have any replies to my question, I am trying to find out if any of the files on the website with the following can be installed on the TV Box?
I am missing the factory_update_param.aml and the update.zip.
Will it brick the TV Box by installing these two files as they have the same chipset,
Chipset: AML8726-M 1000 MHz Cortex-A9 3D core
Android Ver: 4.0.3
Kernel Ver: 2.6.34

Managed to find an update.zip from the web for AMLogic-M. File install and everything is in English version now. The pop-up keyboard still start up in Chinese but there is a choice for picking the English version.

It is a pain to order any of these TV boxes from China as most of the Android version are Chinese.

My only problem now is it is looking for sd card to download apps, instead of going to the download folder. That is only a minor thing now. I have d/l the XBMC TV add-on, using sd card, without problem.

Many of these cheapo TV boxes are best kept in China, believe me, and some can be absolute garbage.
