Realtors, What apps are you using?

Its obvious that Iambic has given up on the Android platform. Too bad. Realtors, what are your favorite apps and how are you using them?
 
I just got my Droid X last night, so I'm still very much in the discovery stage. I have downloaded Alamo Agent and Smarter Agent Real Estate Browser so far, but believe both will be very useful apps. I am online now to see what Contact Management (CRM) software other agents are using. I just ended my contract with Top Producer and am in the market for a new CRM software. I purchased the MS Outlook, but not sure that will be compatible with the Droid X. Has anyone used the Google Contacts and Google Calendar software...if so, are you happy with it and what would you change about it if you could?
