Rearrange photos

I want to put photos in albums and then rearrange including putting photos from different dates in same album. When transferred to tablet they went by date and I can't reareange. I've read QuickPic is an option but before I do this for extended vacation photos I want to know if I can then copy (not export) albums to tablet and laptop. Thus will be a big effort so I don't want to do multiple times.

It allows you to put pics and videos into any order you choose.
