Reasons to find different carrier.

Lurker
I've satisfied about half of my two-year commitment to Sprint. Though the service has been decent and the price better I'll probably go back to ATT when the time is up. If it was just me I would stay but I have four lines of service. All four phones are with relatively high risk people that could lose or break their device at any time. I do not have insurance on the devices. So far I have been lucky, but I know I'm on borrowed time. It seems to be a classic Catch-22. If I buy the insurance I lose the price advantage I was seeking in the first place. If I don't buy the insurance but have to replace a device, I get killed. So, unless someone can convince me otherwise, I'm headed back to a GSM carrier where replacing a device is much less costly.

Reasons to stay far, far away from AT&T: miserly data plans capped at 200MB and 2GB. They're practically designed to kill you on the overage charges.

Just to add to this: if you do go back to AT&T, you will *not* get unlimited data with them even if you had it before. Once you leave, you lose your grandfathering.
