Rebate issues?

I'm curious if people here are having issues getting rebates from Cricket? On another forum, there are several complaining that their rebates have been denied on the basis that they bought their phone outside the rebate dates -- despite that they actually did buy their phone in the right period.

In my case, I didn't need a phone but thought I'd take advantage of the "free" phone (paid $50 and am supposed to get a $50 rebate back). My rebate is currently "denied", with them claiming my phone wasn't bought during the rebate period, despite the fact that I have order and shipping emails which clearly shows my purchase was in the rebate period.

Just curious if others here are having this same issue?

I've had issues doing everything I've done with Cricket Wireless. They take the prize for Worst Customer Service in the World. Always insist on a Supervisor, get the name take, notes.
If you are correct, and have documents be persistent. If someone won't correct it, insist on a supervisor, insist on escalation to corporate. After fighting to order the phone- 3 charges to my card, no phone shipped, fighting for porting, fighting for a new sim card, I had to fight for the rebate, too.
(assuming you purchased online, your shipment email serves as purchase receipt and should be available in your online account if you've deleted the email
