If the phone is stock and unrooted you may or may not have a reboot option in the power menu. Press and hold the power button as if you wanted to power off the phone. If you do not have a reboot option in your power menu it means the manufacturer didn't include the feature.
If not included you can get a reboot option if you are rooted. The simplest way is to download a reboot widget from the play store that you can place on your home screen. Again you must be rooted for a reboot widget to function. If you chose not to root or your phone doesn't have a root method you are stuck simply powering phone off and back on.
