Rebooted now frozen?

I have a qlink wireless hot pepper poblano vle5 Android go edition. I accidentally rebooted and now it's stuck on the hot pepper screen. I took the battery out and left it out for about 5 minutes and tried turning it back on. HELP....it's still stuck on this screen, won't even let me turn off by the power button!

That's why it's a lot better getting a better phone, that model is very low end and will never operate properly
