Rebooting Randomly

My galaxy s5 has been restarting randomly, I really don't know the cause, i have booted into factory reset, i have tried installing new firmwares, which i did very well, but the problem persisted. What else might be the problem?

have you tried uninstalling all the user apps then running it through its paces yet?

sounds like a memory issue, but we have to get the unit to a known good state before hunting for rabbits.

another issue may be a corrupt OTA update install, but like I mentioned. We have to get the unit down to its base before we can be sure of anything.
