Reccommend me Apps for...

Im looking to replace astrid to do list as since the recent updates it is not updating itself and the phone needs rebooting for it too add the notes too the list so its getting uninstalled asap.
Is there anything else like this on the market??
What is 3banana notes like??
Basically i want an app i can have on my home screen where i can write my little tasks and chores and things that need to get done over the next couple of days.
I also need to be able to note them down as done.
Being on the home page is not a neccessity and i suppose i can just check the programme.

Also im a football supporter of a championship side in the UK and id love an app that makes checking football scores easy not just in the premiership though

about the football program, there's an app called ScoreMobile FC. Check it out!
 
Agree Astrid is hopeless since the update :(. Try GTasks, Colornote or ToDo List Widget.

For football - Soccer Scores - FotMob.

To be honest can't really say yet as the season has only just started but I installed a few football score apps when I first got my Desire and this one looks the best IMO.
 
I personelly like the the 'To Do List Widget' WozzaTT proposed!

EDIT: you can actually 'check' the task if you know what I mean.

Also whats the difference between fotmob 5.0 - live soccer and soccer scores - fotmob
Im stuck between the FotMobs, Soccer live scores, Score mobile FC, and Soccer score centre lite
 
A lot of the review are saying fotmob desperately needs updating and its slow. Also before download it says it can prevent your phone sleeping
