This is with a Samsung Galaxy S3.
The twitter app is giving me notifications from anyone who favorites or retweets or includes me in a post.
The settings in the phone app are for me to only receive notifications from people I follow. Buy it does not seem to matter how I configure the app, I get all notifications all the time. 10K followers produces a lot of daily notifications. And I do not need to see them all.
This setting for twitter ( "only from people I follow please" ) on my laptop or the app on my Kindle works absolutely how I want it and how I set it.
On my phone, I'm constantly scrolling through notifications.
Anyone else have this problem? It used to work and I'm guessing stuff got stuck after a twitter app update. I have cleared the cache for the app. I have reloaded the app, but still no joy.
And @support ( Twitter support ) is completely unresponsive to posts about this.
