Help Receiving and sending MMS

My ZTE Score won't lemme send or receive MMS. It does sometimes but most times it won't. Is there a way I can solve this?

First you need to save your numbers by sharing via email to yourself. Save pictures, videos to your computer. Then enter menu/ settings/ privacy/ factory data reset and you will be resetting your phone to the original setting and erasing all your personal items. This has worked for many people including myself. If you are new to this don't trust that Google has backed up your numbers. Verify or do what I said above. After the reset you will need to set up your email account using the email app on your phone to retrieve your numbers..
