Receiving calls from blocked numbers

Hi. I'm new here and I have a problem I'm hoping someone can help me with. I have a Droid X and suddenly I cannot receive calls from blocked numbers. I'm sure i probably turned on some control, but I don't know what. Does anyone have any ideas?
