RECENT AND HOME BUTTON DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!

i use samsung j7 prime for one and half years,it was so good. but few days i have face a problem, the problem is the recent and home key does not work properly.how can i overcome from this problem? please help me anyone!

Have you tried just restarting your phone?
Has anything significant happened recently that might be the cause, like accidentally dropping it or something like that?

I already gave its two times to its customer care. but there have no any significant change.

yes, there is much time I restart my phone but there was no change.it is not fallen according to my known.
