Recent Calls and Messages Not Showing Up in Logs

Hi

I have a Samsung S5 with the most recent updates. Today my messaging and call logs have stopped showing most recent calls and messages. In the notifications drop down I can see the missed calls and messages, and can click and read them, but when I go to my lists they do not show up. I use dialer1 but have also checked the stock call logs and messages.

Any help would definitely be appreciated!

Could it be that the View settings were changed? That and the third party app are the only things that come to mind.
