Recent Samsung Security Patch installed unwanted apps

Recently my Samsung S8 got the latest security patch. Now it is running the 1-Aug-2018 security patch on Kernel version 3.10.65-14587778. But after this security patch I noticed some additional software which were installed without my permission or without giving me a choice to reject the applications. These applications were
1) UC Browser
2) PhonePe
3) PayTm
4) some 4-5 Other mobile apps.

So my question is that has anybody seen such type of behaviour recently on their Samsung mobile phones?

Are you in India? Because I believe those two I've highlighted are India specific payment apps. Is it a carrier customised variant Galaxy S8 you've got there? Suggest you post the full model number, that might give us more information about what's going on with it?
