Okay so I can receive some peoples texts when they send them too me but other peoples don't come through and when they show me that they have sent i just don't get them at all and could really use some answers... if it helps at all with the answer, I'm on O2 and lately they have been having network issues but my phone is telling me that i have 4 bars of network but i still cant receive some peoples texts... WHY????
