Recognition of Old text messages ??

Hi everyone!

Its been a week now since Ive owned my NEW Samsung GALAXY GiO, but I haven't used it yet.. :( Reason being is that my Sim Card which now has about 100 important text messages on it from 2004 on, and has gone through 3 different phones (Including present phone NOKIA 5140) are not being recognized by the Samsung. Does anyone know HOW to get these recognized or is there a way to have them recognized?? software, settings ?? ect.

You might have more luck in a different section... one for your phone for example. All I can tell you is that a pencil eraser might help to clean the conductive parts.
