recomendation for an android tablet; projector; good lens

How many lumens are you looking for, and how large do you wish to project, small room, auditorium, classroom, home theatre, etc.? Resolution, 720, 1080, 4k? Because projectors do come in all shapes and sizes of course.
FWIW I have a JmGO P2 DLP Android projector myself, but I mostly use it with a Raspberry Pi 3 running Kodi via HDMI. One of these which I use in my living room.

If you have a separate projector all that you need from the tablet is the ability to interface it to HDMI (or VGA if the projector is old).
So I think Mike's first question is key: what specs do you need for the projector? Once that's understood you'll know whether an all-in-one solution will do the job or whether they should be separate devices.

GooDee 2020 Upgrade HD Video Projector, A couple of weeks back, my basketball teammate, a buddy came to me for a suggestion on best budget 1080p projector, as he was excited to celebrate his team’s winning moments on a widescreen (sadly, his team lost the game!!). Undoubtedly, I told him to go for GooDee 2020 Upgrade HD Video Projector. With excellent brightness, contrast ratio, and broader view, I must say it is one of the best 1080p projectors under 500.
