Accessories Recommend A USB C Charging And Speaker Station

Celero 5G

USB Type C

I am posting this request here as there is no forum for my device.

I didn't see anything in the specs for the Celero 5G phone supporting wireless charging.

I would like recommendations for a combination charging station ( USB C jack ) & speaker set.

All the devices I have seen so far use wireless charging and it looks like this phone doesn't do that.

Is there such a device that has a USB C jack?

I would like play an air conditioner recording as white noise.

I would the air conditioner recording to have the same volume and depth of sound as a real air conditioner. I want to put it in roughly the same spot as my window unit ( it is winter here, ha ha ).

Are there speakers for such devices that would have that volume and depth of sound?

If not, please recommend a good blue tooth, portable speaker.

I've read reviews for about 6 different models on Amazon there are always 2-3 people who complain about such devices failing within a year

Thanks for any help

Steve

Any charger will do, you just need a USB A to USB C lead. As for speakers, I've never had a problem with Bluetooth/USB speakers failing, but get something from a real brand name like JBL. If you can find it, the Altec Lansing T515 has Bluetooth and line-in and works on AAA batteries and has its own mains PSU. It's a fairly old model, but does turn up on EBAy/Gumtree etc.

If a docking station is advertised as being for USB C can I be sure that the jack will fit my phone?

It's not the docking station's USB ports that matter for you, it's the cable you use to connect it to your phone. If it's a USB C docking station, you'll need a USB C to USB C cable. If it has the more common USB A ports, then you'll need a USB A to USB C cable.

Sorry to sound dense.

This is my first new phone in a long time.

I found a manual for the Celero 5G. It has a diagram of the phone that points to the USB jack on the bottom of the phone. It is labeled as USB C.

This is the docking station I am interested in. It is advertised as USB C

In the picture you can see there is a jack on the docking station to put the phone on. My concern is whether or not it will fit my phone ( new model, only several months old ).

My guess is THAT is a USB C jack for the USB C port on my phone.

Do I have that correct?

What is the name of the plugs on USB phone cables that are bigger that fit into computers?
