recommend me a car driving app for younger child

i've got a young foster child that would like a car game.

i'm older than most of you, and have never played a game on my device other than chess.

would like the game to go a bit slow, maybe never run off the road, something that a 4 year old might be able to handle. and i'm not real interested in in-app purchases, though i'd willingly spend....say $5....up front for a decent game.

I really enjoy Hill Climb Racing. It's a simple side scrolling game where you try to get different vehicles up a long variable hill. It's free and you can play for free but it does have the option to buy coins. There's no need to buy coins as you earn them by advancing in the game.

Dr. Driving, it's a fairly slow city car driving games, avoid crashing and collect as many coins as you can. I've had a couple of 7-8 year old playing it during break times.
