Recommend phone for travel to Europe

I'm planning to travel to Germany and maybe Austria for 9 or 10 days. My Sprint S3 isn't an international phone, and their roaming plans are outrageous anyway. Thinking my best bet might be to get an unlocked GSM phone and a sim card when I go.

Can anyone recommend a good unlocked GSM phone that has:
Android 4.0 ICS or greater
3G/WiFi
A decent to good camera
$100-$150 or less

I guess you could get a Nexus 4 then sell it when you get home. That might even end up costing you less than $100. If you were to time the two transactions right and pay by credit card, you might not even have to find the cash for the phone ..

You can get a used Motorola Photon (not Q) on eBay for ~$100.
It works on Sprint and has a sim card slot to work on GSM networks.
The only downside is that it didn't get an upgrade to ICS.

You might be able to find a Galaxy S2 for $150 if you look well.
There's also the Galaxy Nexus and Motorola Atrix HD/Atrix 2.

After researching some more I saw a lot of really cheap unlocked Android ICS phones on Amazon, brand names like Blu or sometimes no name at all, some even looked like Chinese Galaxy S3 knock-offs. But I kinda gathered from reviews you get what you pay for.

I opted for the European Galaxy S3 Mini. They go for around $270-ish, quad-band GSM but not dual-SIM. Lose a few features I don't use like NFC. Good battery life, familiar Samsung experience and quality (S3 Mini is a good name for it), no 4G, good battery life, nice display, nice size, decent performance and decent camera. Will pair with a global prepaid SIM card. It's a nice enough phone I might just keep it for future trips.
