Recommendations for 2nd-line app

Anyone with experience using a 2nd-line app they could recommmend? Google voice is free, but doesn't seem to be ready for mision critical use. Paid or not, I'm looking for reliability. Thanks.
 
I'm trying to get used to Skype for Business..., but I can't say I'm happy with it.
