record cell phone conversation to PC

Need to record both sides of cell phone interview directly into PC (Audacity), instead of into Android app (understand legal issues; interviewee is agreeable). Apparently I need some kind of splitter; can’t tell for sure from YouTube videos. Thanks in advance. info@capponline.org

Record it normally to Android, then transfer the recording to the PC afterwards
