Help Record Internet radio on a schedule?

I am trying to find an app that will allow me to record Internet radio stations every night so I have music to listen to during the day. I bought the app tunein pro and it works but to record the music, it has to play it out loud to record. Seems like there should be an app that could record without requiring me to listen to it while it records.

plug in a 3.5 mm earbud and forget about it....
or, clip the leads off of a dead earbud wire and use that.

I think he wants to record a bunch of songs on WiFi, and not burn up the DATA during the day.

if he likes Rock 'n Roll and a bit of R&B, and can send me a hard drive, I have every tune ever recorded from 1950-2015.

Podcasts are probably a good option... Thousands, millions, of shows on every topic and style of music you could ever want
