Record video 720p on 480p phone?

Hi,
My phone is Huawei Ascend G510.
The phone only can record 480p video.
Trying 720p but cannot.
Please help if there some solutions.

According to GSMArena it shoots 720p: Huawei Ascend G510 - Full phone specifications

How are you measuring the output? On the handsets screen? If yes, it won't display 720 as the resolution on the G510 is 480 x 854.

GSMarena shows the wrong specs. G510 only supports 480p/VGA video only.
