Help Recover 2 Factor authentication after factory reset

Helo guys
I was accidently delete 2 FA / factor authentication on my phone because i factory reset my phone

Is there any method to get back/recover my 2 FA on my phone?

Hello!
I would assume you are trying to log in to your Google account/email account?
If so,
Go into your computer (your gmail account settings/security/2 FA) and create an application specific password. Then enter that as your password on your device instead of your normal one ;)
