A year later is surely too late, but as this is Android there will be no "trash" and control z won't do what you think. I suspect your post is about a PC rather than an android device.
The correct answer for a removable memory card is to remove it, put it in a card reader, attach that to a computer, then use whatever file recovery software you like (there are completely free and well-known utilities like Recuva for Windows which will do this just fine).
