recover deleted files from internal memory

How can i recover deleted files from internal memeory (Sim Card) not the SD card i added. I can use testdisk and photorec with sd reader to recover pics from external card but i cant access the pictures that are saved to my phone internal memory.

If it is actually stored on your SIM, your carrier retail store has equipment to copy data from it, so perhaps it has a recovery function as well. This equipment is not generally available to consumers for obvious reasons.

For internal memory other than SIM, you can try any number of recovery tools. I make no endorsement of these products, but here is an example:
