Hello YOLOMAT and welcome to Android Forums. The only way I know of recovering deleted files on android is you have to be rooted.

As Metroid's said, it is possible to recover some deleted items when rooted, but I do not think that you would be able to recover deleted pictures... the way I understand it is that, when a picture is deleted from the SD card, it is not actually deleted, but the space where the picture is stored is marked as "free", so it would be used the next time that your phone needs to store something.
