Recover lost photos

[Android Question]

I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S2. Some amazing nature photos that I took over a very special weekend are not not appearing in my gallery. What happened? I know they took but my phone has been powering off suddenly even when charged and without warning. This happened while I was taking the photos. I hope they are more than a memory now because I really wanted to share them.

Hi, welcome to Android Forums. I'm so sorry it's taken so long to get back to you. I know the pictures are very precious to you. There is hope, as data is never really gone. You might try an application like Disk Digger. I hope that will be helpful to you.
