It was previously backed up using the default Android backup tool, so it required a password. When I opened the .db file with Wordpad the texts are there, but in the wrong order and with hieroglyphics. I've tried creating a new backup and then pasting the old file into the new backup location but it doesn't appear when I try to restore.
