Recurrent screen pop-ups with ICS

My Droid Razr maxx recently updated automatically to ICS with no problems until yesterday. I now have this recurring list of info. in the upper right hand corner of the screen that appeared out of nowhere. It starts out with something like 0.57/0.48//0.44 with stuff under it like kworker/vu, system server, etc. 5-7 lines which keep refreshing.

Anyone experienced this and better yet, how do I get rid of it. It's always there, no matter what I'm using.
