Red lines in background.

Phone never dropped and red lines appeared out of no where. Also since red lines always on display black background is more of a grey than black.

I can't see anything of the sort on your screenshot. Looks like hardware problem.

I found on another thread it is the digitizer going out. Others had the same problem, AT&T said they have had several complaints about is so they are sending me a replacement. Thanks for responding
