Help RED TRIANGLE

I have a Android LG LEON h345 sending text shows red triangle with exclamation point. The text go through the text goes through sending n receiving no problem. When holding down the message like it states in the forum it shows the name of person then it shows "REPORT SPAM"!! This does not make sense. Family n friends i text are not SPam. Please advise

There must be an option to whitelist a person in your contact list.

What is Whitelist a person?
Like to make a correction when holding down message it shows REGISTER AS SPAM not REPORT SPAM.

Try Textra from the play store and use that instead of the normal text app
