My Redmi 1S is stuck in boot after I installed Cyanogenmod 11. It won't boot in Fastboot as well. How can access CWM so I can wipe the data and flash it again ? Please help !!

How would you normally access recovery on that phone?
Shut it down (remove the battery, or if it isn't removable press and hold the power key until it shuts down). Then boot using whatever key combination would get you into recovery normally.
What I don't understand is how a ROM flash would interfere with fastboot access.
