Great phone. Purchased in September 2019 and I've had a completely trouble free run. Very impressed with design and handling. Obviously this phone hasn't caused any grief to other users as there are no recorded problems.:D:D:D
 
Yes I have a Spigen case on the phone but it has the new screen which has been used in a demo to crack open walnuts!!!
Very impressed with camera and phoios I have taken last November in Aus and locally look really good.
 
This phone was supplied with Android 9 (Pie) and has been upgraded to Android 10 by MIUI update. Battery life has been exceptional during the 12 months I have had the phone. I would certainly recommend anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new smartphone to consider trying Redmi series. The one thing missing on this phone is NFC which is highly necessary for contactless purchasing during this Covid19 disaster.
