Contact them for a replacement. (Try to get them to pay any postage both ways - it's their fault so you shouldn't have to pay. They can point you to a web page you can print that will be a USP label from you to them, charging their account. Tape it on the box.)
It's taken me 3 weeks to get this phone from them! I don't think I can handle another call to their so called Customer Service. I bought a phone new and the microphone stopped working after 3 weeks so I had to send it back to get this refurbished one. Just got it and can't even get it charged.

I know how you feel as I went through this with mine. If you have/create a TracFone account (eg with a prior TracFone or with the serial number of this or original Valet), you might have better luck there with online rep.
