Help Regarding conference call

I am not able to call the canference call and it is androidone spice ,os vertion is kitkat 4.4.4 I
 
Any version of Android is capable of conference calling. It must be enabled in your phone service plan, of course, but almost all plans include conference calling these days. The exact method of doing it varies somewhat by the phone used. Your user manual will give instructions.

If you still cannot do it, contact your service provider.
