Help Reinstal deleted stock app???

I have a Rooted Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830 (Stock ROM) and I made a stupid mistake!!!


I deleted a stock dialler app as I didn't think I needed it as I downloaded exdialer. But as it turns out I did need the stock as I can no longer add any new contacts onto my phone/sim (I press the add new contact button but nothing happens).


I'm not sure what I deleted but the stock dialler apps still saying installed are:


Dialler...Version 2.3.3 (2.79MB Total size), Phone...Version 1.0 (736KB total size), Dialer Storage...Version 2.3.3 (463KB Total Size).


Is there any place I can download stock apps?


Will doing a factory reset restore what ever I deleted?


Any help would be great!

Factory reset will not help you.

I have an old stock based custom rom, i can extract the system apps from it.
If you can tell me which apps you need or which ones you have i may be able to help you.
Since its a custom rom, some of the apps have been modified and will not suit your stock rom, so i'll have to see which are the apps that have not been modified and you can use them.

EDIT: Sorry mate, don't think i can help you, took another look at the rom and its deodexed. The apps will not work for you.
You can either google for the apps, i am sure people have created backups for stock roms from which you can extract the missing apps and push them in your system or you can flash a fresh stock firmware via Odin.

Tries googling and all that comes up is different kinds of non stock dialler add ons! You would think some one in the world would have a backapp of stock apps!

I'm a little bit of a novice when it comes to flashing my phone!...dont want to go bricking it!...(in more ways then one lol)

Hi, To get phone.apk working you have to get it into system folders. I think the files I uploaded are from 2.3.5 but you have to try
