Help Reinstall Android? [[[NEW]]]

Hey guys, i'm new here, i accidentaly erased "framework-res.apk" from my Android system directory, when i do that all service shut down. Now i restarted and it freezes on the bootanimation. PLZ anyone can help me?
I dont have any custom recovery, only the pre-installated.
& i already have the "framework-res.apk"


Phone: M4TEL Sense SS1070
Android OS: 4.3 Jellly Bean
 
As you've found out, it's never a good idea to delete anything from the system directory unless you have a backup. :(

Unless you can find the stock firmware for your device and find a way to reflash, you're out of luck.

I've had a look on Google myself and everything is in Spanish so I can't make head nor tail of it, sorry. You might get some joy if you contact M4TEL and see if they can point you in the right direction.
 
I'm sure living in Spain has tonnes of benefits! :D

Here are a couple of youtube videos, I've had a cursory glance through some of the links and even though I can't understand them, I can tell they don't contain any decent info (they're either reviews or forum threads about unlock codes).

Gracias a TI mi presidente, here is the translation of the second video "on the fly," lol. First turn the phone on and connect the phone to the pc and enable usb mode. Once it comes up as a storage drive you need to install the drivers for the phone that the video author has in his link, which I will include at the end. Once the drivers have been installed, you activate the usb debugging mode and open up another folder than is provided in the description called "MKT DROID" and install that too.

The problem is that the video stops at 4:19 at this point and gives me an error, and I've tried to load it three times and it stops in the same place. I'll try and load it later again when I get back from work, or you can try it on your own from where I left off. Here are all the things you should need. Buena Suerte! Vin.
