reinstall android os

model samsung GT-I9500 (.galaxy s4) how do i install the new android 4.2.2 for jelly bean os?
it came from china can not change home page,
no samsung default keyboard (doesn't do voice to text
the version of android shows as 4.0.0

i would like to install android 4.2.2

i downloaded samsung kies v2.6.0.13074_14
it did not see the phone
i restarted the notebook pc still not seen

the notebook sees the phones file folders

You've more than likely got a fake. There's a lot of them in China. Suggest you download Antutu Benchmark or Antutu Tester, go into information and if it doesn't say "Samsung" then it's a fake. As for upgrading Android in a counterfeit phone, probably impossible.
