Reinstalling Bluestacks

Hi

I am having trouble reinstalling bluestacks in my PC after uninstalling it twice.
I download the 1000k installer file but when I click it nothing happens.
I use windows 10 64bits, intel i7 laptop
Any ideas?
I have already went to regedit, disabled firewalls and antivirus.

Check you're downloading and installing the correct 64bit version? Because there is a 32bit version of Bluestacks, which may not work on 64bit Windows.

Yes I did the 64 and then just to be sure tried the 32 later too
