reinstalling purchased apps????

lets say i purchase an app and i want to unistall it (but not a refund) do i go to the market and use the uninstall button there or just got to the manage apps in the settings menu and uninstall there. (is there a difference?)

No difference. If you paid for it and it's been more than 24h, you can reinstall. Link.

I backed up my Apps to my SD card using Astro. Just in case something happens to my Droid Eris and I want to reload onto a new phone from the memory card.
