I have a Fairphone FP1 running Android 4.2.2
The phone is no longer supported by Fairphone itself - Fairphone 2 is the new kid on the block.
I have a problem in that I've managed to delete one of my Gmail e-mail accounts - can't remember how - and now when I try to reinstall it, it won'd accept my new password which I use for the same account on my laptop.
I can get this account as the Gmail app, but I can't get it up and running in the generic e-mail app that came with the phone.
Any ideas how to fix this? If it didn't recognise my new password but gave me the option to change my password to the one used on my laptop, there'd be no problem, but that doesn't seem to be an option.
Look forward to hearing a bit of advice on this
