reintalling gtalk

my friend rooted my phone n gtalk got updated to hangout
i want to uninstall hangout and reintall gtalk
can you please help
 
Go to SETTINGS > APPLICATIONS & scroll down to the HANGOUTS application.

In the upper right hand corner, you should see a button "UNINSTALL UPDATES".

If this doesn't work, perform a Factory Reset & don't update G-Talk/install HANGOUTS.
