Rejecting incoming calls while im using a certain app

What do you mean by "rejecting incoming calls"?
A lot of processing occurs in your carriers environment before the call is ever delivered to your phone.

I use 'call end' function to stop spam. So if this is similar, like you just want to not have to attend the call, you could set up a profile that has conditions 'x' app running + call incoming then run task with 'call end' function.
